Isiolo County Public Service Board(ICPSB) member Mr. Molu Huka Golicha held a special Thanksgiving ceremony earlier this afternoon following his appointment to one of the most powerful boards within the county.
The ceremony was attended by a number of dignitaries who include Isiolo County Governor Dr. Mohamed Abdi Kuti and Nominated Senator Ms. Naomi Jillo Waqo from Marsabit County who is supposedly a long time friend of the former senate aspirant.

Both Dr. Kuti and Senator Waqo praised Mr. Huka as a hardworking,humble and trustworthy person who is passionate about what he does and additionally comes with an irrefutable resume where his empiric and meaningful contribution to the wellbeing and development of the ASAL's is clearly outlined especially his heroic fetes while working as a medic in the region spanning several years back.

Mr. Huka thanked Governor Kuti for giving him 'the noble opportunity to serve the people of Isiolo county' and promised to 'never let him down' while executing his responsibilities at the board.
He also thanked Mrs. Waqo for 'taking her time' to pass by while emphasizing that he was really 'humbled by the kind gesture'.
The elders from the populous Fullele sect who were in attendance also thanked Governor Kuti for considering one of their own in his appointments to the highly coveted board position. They also informed him to count on the support of the entire Fullele sect
They further assured him(Kuti) of their 'undivided support' while undertaking his responsibilities as the governor while emphasizing that they have always had 'faith in his administration' and the recent appointment of Mr. Huka has 'solidified their bond further.'

Mr. Huka who comes from the populous Fulele sect which is a coalition of a number of Borana clans was sworn in to office last week alongside other appointees to the board and executive.
